1920-2020: Celebrating our Building's 100 years!
|
2020 was our Centennial and we are looking forward to working with all LifeSavers Building Owners, Residents, the Village of Port Chester, the Edward J. Noble Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce, local businesses and the public to make it incredibly memorable and special.
"It’s a short walk to the Metro-North and a 43-minute express ride to NYC." |
At the historic LifeSavers building, you’ll find ArtDeco design, super-high ceilings and unique spaces. The 199 units include studios, one-bedroom lofts, and duplexes with patios. It’s luxury living with all the amenities - a grand lobby with concierge service, a well-equipped gym, a jacuzzi, a rooftop pool, a quiet courtyard and garage parking.
Port Chester is located between Rye and Greenwich and our building is located right near the center of the village. It’s a short walk to the Metro-North and a 43-minute express ride to NYC. In addition to the train's close proximity, access to I-95, I-287 and the Hutchinson River/Merritt Parkway are all 5 minutes away. And boat docking at the local marina is right around the corner. With the Kneaded Bread bakery, BarTaco, Rye House, Vinny's Lunch, Saltaire, Colony Grill and an abundance of ethnic restaurants, there's no shortage of dining choices - there's even a Whole Foods as well. And when you want live entertainment, there's the Capitol Theater! Or you can relax, picnic and play at Lyon Park or Rye Town Park and Beach. Think of it as SoHo meets Brooklyn, but more affordable and in some cases, a shorter commute. Living at the LifeSavers Building in Port Chester is a special experience and is perfect for professionals, small families and those looking to downsize. Come see why so many people call it home. Life is sweet when you live in a Candy Factory. |
